Frequently Asked Questions!

To help you find out more about our company, here are some FAQs!

If your question isn’t below, please do contact us – we’re very happy to help!

Do I have to buy an instrument?

Not necessarily! We understand that buying an instrument can be a big commitment, and our tutors are happy to recommend local companies that offer instrument hire if you’d prefer to go down this route before buying.

How can I pay for lessons?

We send out invoices at the beginning of each half term. You are welcome to pay weekly, or half termly – whichever suits you best! Details of how to pay will be on your invoice.

Do you teach adults?

Absolutely! It’s never too late to learn! Learning music is for everyone, no matter how young or old!

Do I have to give notice to stop lessons?

Yes, we ask for a full half a term’s notice if you’d like to stop lessons.

Can I have a trial lesson with a teacher first before committing to regular lessons?

Of course! We offer every new student a complimentary 30 minute lesson, with no obligation.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for students learning more than one instrument. We also give discounts for students who recommend us, as a token of our appreciation!

Can I have lessons in school holidays?

Yes. We follow term dates, which are always available on our website, but all tutors are happy to teach outside of these, if requested. This does depend on our tutors’ availability, of course.

We’d love to hear from you.
