The Surrey Sound of Music are proud to announce our Summer School 2013!
We will be running two separate summer schools, the first for ages 10-18 and the second for ages 4-9.
Monday 5th- Friday 9th August – Ages 10-18.
Throughout the week, everybody will be working towards an end of week showcase, centred around Musical Theatre.
Dance, drama and music will all be included and worked on every day, to include a variety of genres and styles, such as the musicals of Wicked, Les Miserables, Disney and Chicago.
It is open to all children, for acting, dancing, singing as well as all instruments of any ability.
The day will run from 10am-4pm each day, with the option for an earlier start (from 8.30am) and late pick up (latest 5.30), at a small supplementary charge, if requested.
Fees: £120 for the week. We do ask for a refundable £50 deposit per child to secure your place!
This will take place at St Andrews United Reformed Church, Cheam, Surrey.
Monday 12th- Friday 16th August 2013 – Ages 4-9
This week will include musical activities as well as dance and drama alongside fun, creative arts and crafts.
Each day will be themed and all activities will be based on the theme of the day. For example, the first day will be Under the Sea and feature songs from The Little Mermaid, crafts making under-sea creatures and lots more!
Parents have the option of choosing either a full day which will run 10am-4pm or a half day 10am-1pm. There is also the option of an early start and late pick-up at an extra fee.
Fees: Whole day – £120, Half Day – £75 for the week. We do ask for a £50 refundable deposit to secure your place!
